Brick by Brick Training and Development Corporation, “B3,” is a public purpose, New Jersey not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation with offices in New Jersey, Minnesota, and Texas.

B3’s mission is to create and preserve affordable housing opportunities for low- and moderate-income families through sustainable homeownership pathways, single-family rental preservation, small multifamily housing, and apartment communities.

We believe safe, quality, affordable housing is the foundation for family stability, community strength, and long-term economic mobility. Our work helps families access stable rental housing, avoid displacement, pursue homeownership where feasible, and build stronger futures.
